Enhanced Warranty Services
Triad includes an Enhanced Warranty Services for the Motorola equipment we offered, to be delivered concurrently with the one-year Motorola Standard Commercial Warranty period.
These Enhanced Warranty Services include additional service products and extra features for service products included in the Motorola Standard Commercial Warranty.
Under the proposed Enhanced Warranty Services, the hours for Technical Support and On-Site Infrastructure Response are extended from regular business hours to 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Contractually committed response times are also included for On-Site Infrastructure Response. In addition, Advanced Replacement will be added to the Infrastructure Repair product. |

Lifecycle Support Services
Following the expiration of the warranty period, Triad offers a Lifecycle Support Services for Years Two through Five. Please refer to Table 1 for the services included with the Lifecycle Support Services. Note: The Lifecycle services listed in Table 1 with the exception of Radio Service Advantage (RSA) and NICE Logging-Gold are included in the Managed Zone Core service. |
