This team detects, analyzes, and responds to security events quickly to prevent any impact on communications. Located at the Motorola Secure Operations Center, the analysts continuously monitor the customer’s network security elements for any threats. Upon identifying a security issue, an analyst will open a case and dispatch a local technician to the site while continuing to monitor the situation until the issue is resolved.


		Pre-Tested Software Subscription Platinum The Pre-Tested Software Subscription (PTSS) Platinum service supports the security and integrity of the customer’s ASTRO 25 LMR network components. Motorola tests the latest commercial security software updates as they are released by the software vendors and validates them for safe deployment with our radio networks. The PTSS Platinum service ensures that antivirus definitions for both Microsoft and UNIX platforms, operating system software patches, and IDS signature files for Motorola-provided IDS are compatible and will not interfere with ASTRO 25 network functionality. Automatic antivirus and IDS updates are only available through our network security monitoring offering. With Pre-Tested Software Subscription Platinum, Triad mitigates foreseeable issues that may negatively impact the customer’s ATO by performing quarterly vulnerability scans on supported test systems using third-party scanning tools to identify and address new vulnerabilities and compliance issues. We will also obtain Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) Alerts, Bulletins, and Technical Tips to identify and address the new vulnerabilities identified via the IAVM alert process. New vulnerabilities and compliance issues that are identified via scanning or IAVM alerts will be investigated to determine a recommended remediation. Recommended remediation may include, but is not limited to the following: deploy security software updates; deploy operating system security updates or patches; implement configuration changes; upgrade to a later ASTRO 25 System Release (actual upgrade expense not included in this service offering), or recommending a compensating control. We will document recommended remediation for each vulnerability, pretest remediation when applicable and make documentation and/or software available to customers electronically. This offering reduces the total cost of ownership for the customer. New capabilities have been created to reduce ownership costs even further through service automation, enabling operating system, database, and other security updates to be pushed out.


		Support/Maintain Services Comprehensive Support/Maintain services help reduce the total cost of ownership for the customer’s and ensure service availability. This suite of services encompasses remote and local technical support, product repair, and advanced infrastructure replacement, including emergency responses. These services are designed to support both network infrastructure and subscribers, and they include preventive and corrective maintenance, remote monitoring, spares management, software upgrade services, radio rental, and operations consultancy. Every tool or technology used by Triad's services team has been tested, refined, and proven in real-world situations. Triad's extended Support/Maintain services portfolio helps to efficiently manage the customer’s network as well as proactively optimize performance. We will assess current and future operational needs to make informed recommendations. Then, we will help implement improvements in network performance to meet those needs—all based on clearly identified metrics and key performance indicators.
