Infrastructure Repair with Advance Replacement
The Infrastructure Repair service covers the repair of all equipment manufactured by Motorola, as well as equipment from third-party infrastructure vendors. Repairs are coordinated from a central location, which eliminates the hassle of sending equipment to multiple locations for repairs.
Motorola's comprehensive test laboratories will replicate the customer’s network in order to reproduce and analyze the issue. Technicians troubleshoot, analyze, test, and repair equipment with state-of-the-art, industry-standard repair tools. The ISO9001 and TL9000-certified processes and methodologies ensure that all repairs maintain the highest quality standards.
Additionally, the Infrastructure Repair with Advanced Replacement can supplement the customer’s stock of spares from our centralized inventory of critical equipment. In advance of repairing a malfunctioning unit, a replacement unit is sent to the field within 24 hours to ensure that a spare unit is available. Upon receipt of the malfunctioning unit, Motorola repair the unit and replace it in our centralized inventory.

Network Preventative Maintenance
Network Preventative Maintenance provides an operational test and alignment of the customer’s infrastructure or fixed network equipment to ensure that it meets original manufacturer’s specifications. Network Preventative Maintenance detects potential issues before they have a chance to cause any malfunction or operational interruption.
Once a year, trained technicians will:
- Physically inspect equipment.
- Remove dust and foreign substances.
- Clean filters.
- Measure, record, align, and adjust the equipment to meet original manufacturer’s specifications.
This service will be performed based on a schedule agreed upon between the customer and Triad. |

Repair Service Advantage
Repair Service Advantage (RSA) helps keep subscriber radios in peak operating condition. When a repair is required, the Motorola Depot will test, repair, and return the radio to its original factory specifications. Firmware will also be upgraded to the latest version.
The RSA adheres to a proven process of analysis and restoration that is backed by a 90-day repair warranty. Equipment covered under RSA receives the highest service priority, which results in a faster turnaround time for repairs. |
